Our People and our High Standards Make the Difference

We look for special personality traits and interpersonal skill sets in our Clinical Trial Monitors. Educationally, we require bachelor’s or advanced degrees in scientific or equivalent technical fields, while other CROs and FSPs often settle for less. We also seek Registered Nurses. For experience, we expect a minimum of 10 years in clinical monitoring, covering the entire clinical trial lifecycle from initiation through close-out. Many CRO’s and FSPs settle for as few as 2 years of experience. All RESQ staff must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), 21 CFR 312, and ICH Guidelines.

Beyond the objective credentials, our RESQ associates posses unwavering attention to detail and process, and have demonstrated impeccable documentation and organizational skills. RESQ Monitors must be excellent communicators and must thrive with integrity within a team atmosphere as both a leader and a contributor.
