Clinical Project Management

In addition to in-depth knowledge of best practices and experience in project management; each RESQ Project Manager possesses expertise to include, but not limited to, risk management, ethics, data management and regulatory affairs. Our Project Managers are well-rounded in all aspects of clinical research.

Auditing

Not only do RESQ Auditors meet stringent educational and experience requirements, they are typically experienced cross-functionally. Their depth and breadth of experience provides our Clients with comprehensive clinical project compliance assessments across several areas of operation and with a broad perspective.

Medical Writing

In addition to all requisite skills, RESQ Medical Writers have strong project management skills, enabling them to develop and execute timely and compliant work plans.  All are impeccably well organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent backgrounds in life and clinical sciences.

Study Reclamation

RESQ Reclamation teams are always the most qualified. All Reclamation project staff will have already participated in a Reclamation project or will have been mentored by an experienced Reclamation project veteran.

FSP Management and Evaluation

RESQ Project Managers and Monitors are experts at managing multiple FSPs. Even when RESQ is not in a Project Management role, we can provide objective advice, evaluation, and audit regarding FSP selection and performance evaluation; before, during, and after the project.
